Data residency
This page complements our Privacy Policy with specifics on where your data lives and who processes it. If you have strict data residency requirements, contact us before onboarding so we can confirm that our current setup meets your needs.
Where monitoring data is stored
Metadata (account details, servers, alerts) is stored on our own database servers in France. Metrics and logs are stored on EU-based endpoints hosted in Switzerland.
Ingestion runs at the edge, so requests are processed in the data center closest to where your agent sends data from. No data is persisted at that layer.
If you need to keep raw telemetry inside your own infrastructure, our Bring Your Own Storage plan lets you maintain full ownership of your data.
